Deposits are always on time. Details are also on time.

As a current renter I am pleased with them. They are friendly and professional and are quick to address any concerns I had through the years. Which was not many. Very good company to have as a renter.

They arrived on time and they completed work quickly and did not leave a mess when they were done.

The leak was fixed, fast and efficient thank you. There are still other items that need repair. (Windows and bathroom)

The staff are always friendly and professional, and responses to maintenance requests are always prompt.

Whenever I need anything, they are quick to solve the problem. I've never had any problem with contacting them, and if I leave a message, they respond quickly too.

PPM has always handled our property very well. Since we live 1000 miles away, it's nice to have someone local to solve any problems and keep things current.

Portola Property managers were attentive to our needs, and it has been a pleasure working with them during our move in. The house is clean and tidy, A couple of small repairs were needed, and they were performed by a very friendly handyman (Mike). We are very happy in our new home.
