One of the things I like to do as a Santa Cruz professional property manager is to share some of the tips and tricks that I have learned over the last 10 years in this business. I have shared a lot of information in our blogs and videos over the last two years. Today, I’m going to spend a little time promoting myself, but it’s also with the intention of bringing you education and information.
I am excited and proud to say that I have compiled all the information I’ve been sharing with you and with my students in the classes I teach at the local community college, and I’ve written a book.
The book is called Property Management A-Z, and it’s a compilation and a reference guide for all of you who want to know quickly what to do about tenants and properties. You might need an immediate answer about how to serve a notice or what to do about pets. The information in this book is in
alphabetical order, so you will flip to A for Accounting questions and N for Notices or T for Tenancy. This is a quick resource tool that will provide you with answers to some of the questions you’ll have on a daily basis as a landlord.
If you’d like to check out the book, it’s pretty cheap – about $10 on Amazon. Take a look and please feel free to share some feedback with me. Thank you for watching all my videos and logging onto my blog and responding and asking questions. Thanks also to those who have called at my office. I really love to educate people and share what I know so you don’t make the mistakes others have made.
Please contact us at Portola Property Management if you have any questions, or you need information on how to get a copy of this book.
