We send you a statement monthly and we prepare 1099s and year end statements so all you have to do at tax time is hand those documents over to your accountant or CPA.
Emergencies can happen at any time of day or night and on any day of the week. That’s why our property managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle any unexpected situation at your property. There is a live answering service ready to take any call. There’s no need to worry about leaving a voicemail that might not get heard for a couple of days. Tenants can reach us and property owners can reach us whenever they need to.
You can also expect annual property inspections. We do a physical walk through of your property two or three times per year if your tenants have pets.
At Portola Property Management, we are always available. Our office has a small, hands-on staff, but you can always reach us.
